This Class is about fitness...not stripping. Pole dancing combines gymnastics and pilates, with an urban jazz dance technique. Winding your bottom moves isolate the muscles in your core, glutes, hips and thighs, melting away fat in a woman's most troublesome areas. While climbing the pole, works your arms, back, abs, and thighs. Women who'd like to learn to dance sensually, feel beautiful and empowered, all while receiving a high intensity strength training and toning workout will benefit from pole dancing aerobics.
Women are encouraged to wear tank tops and shorts, or a leotard. Classes are for WOMEN ONLY ages 18+. I will have students pre-pay and register on my existing web site which will be enhanced with pertinent info.
